Panning @ SAVA

In photography, panning refers to the rotation in a horizontal plane of a still or video camera. Panning a camera results in a motion. We went out to Laguna Blvd and made every car feel important by taking pictures of them as they rolled by, good times!

Portraits

This week we took on portraits! Since most of us do not have access to full studios, we made our own make shift studio with a sheet, remote flash and natural lighting. The results were amazing! This shot was taken by Danielle Johnson and also edited by Danielle in Adobe Elements! Much more to come!

Katina Goodson used a technique to shoot from above, emphasizing the face of the model! Great job Katina!

Spring Semester Photography at SAVA is Back!

Welcome back folks! The new semester is upon us and we have a handful of new artists and some returning photographers! Look for some new pics shortly!

Class of 2011...Kind of...

This was the first ever Photography class at S.A.V.A! What an honor and privilege it was to see this stars come in with little knowledge of photography and to see them grow as much as they did in such a short amount of time!
